Summary, etc Félix, un joven vagabundo de 20 años, llega a un pueblito perdido del interior de la Argentina. En la estación se encuentra por casualidad con Roberto, un desocupado devenido en albañil, que le ofrece a Félix un trabajito en la chacra donde vive con su mujer (Mercedes) y su hijo Chango de apenas un año. Es ahí, en ese contexto de soledad, bajo el sol abrasador de La Pampa, que Félix descubre poco a poco la tensión cotidiana, violenta y muda en la cual ellos sobreviven. Al mismo tiempo en que la pareja se destruye, una verdadera historia de amor surge entre el pequeño Chango y Félix. Este ser marginal y solitario encuentra finalmente un sentido a su vida: salvar al niño del caos.
